Shipping, returns, terms, and how to reach us.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your city.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout along with the order total.
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs 3,000 within Karachi. Orders below Rs 3,000, or any order outside Karachi, carry a shipping charge — shown at checkout.
  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via SMS/email.
  • Ramz Perfumes is not responsible for courier delays (weather, strikes, or courier issues), but we will assist by coordinating with the courier company on your behalf.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

When a Return/Exchange Is Accepted

  • The product arrives damaged or leaking
  • The wrong product was delivered (mismatch with your order)
  • The seal/packaging was already opened or tampered with

When a Return/Exchange Is Not Accepted

  • The perfume has been used (bottle opened/sprayed) — due to hygiene reasons
  • The complaint is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Simply "not liking" the scent — since perfume is a consumable/personal-use item

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (WhatsApp: 0332 0007269)
  2. Send a photo/video of the product so we can verify the issue
  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.

3. Terms & Conditions

  • All prices listed on the website are in PKR and may change without prior notice.
  • Order cancellation is only possible within 6 hours of confirmation (if not yet dispatched).
  • All product images closely resemble the actual product; minor color differences may occur due to lighting/screen settings.
  • Ramz Perfumes reserves the right to update these policies without prior notice.
